What parts of town do you service?
We are located and maintain many satisfied customers
in Raytown, MO. We also serve the surrounding Independence
& Kansas City areas.
How and when do I pay for my lawn service?
Our customers are welcome to pay for their services at the time
of service or be invoiced by email or left on the
last monthly visit. We take cash, check & credit cards (online
only). We tell our customers "whatever is most convenient for
them works for us".
What if I forget to pay my invoice
or my payment is late?
Invoices are always due by the 5th day of the month. If payment is
not received by the due date service is stopped until payment is
made. Customers may be charged an additional fee if the lawn becomes
overgrown.
What types of services do you offer?
Generally, our main service is lawn maintenance. This includes
lawn mowing & feeding. For our lawn mowing customers we also provide
the services listed on our Services Page.
What if it's raining on my service day?
If rain is likely on your scheduled service day we may service
your property a day early or as soon as conditions improve.
How do I view my invoices online?
Our customers can view & print their invoices anytime from our
web site. Simply login with your username & password on our Login
Page.
How do I cancel my lawn service?
As always our customers can cancel any scheduled service for any
reason at any time by simply using our Cancel
Service Form.
Will I be asked to sign any contracts?
No, we will never ask our customers to sign any binding long-term service contracts. The
only thing we require is that our customers agree to pay us for any service that
has been completed up until a date that a customer may want to cancel service.
As always our customers can cancel any scheduled service for any reason at any
time by simply using our Cancel
